Add to that, the environmental impact on the surface of your body and you have another area needing extra attention. Look for creams, salves, shampoos and such that contain idebenone, green tea, pomegranate and coffeeberry. All of these substances have been proven to help reduce the affects of the environment on body surfaces. Just as you shouldn’t be putting chemicals inside your body, you also shouldn’t be putting them on the surface of your body. The rule of thumb should be, if you can’t put it in your body don’t put it on the surface.
