		<description>I have heard and read that you shouldn&#039;t shampoo hair everyday but three times a week is good.  When you don&#039;t shampoo you can condition because the conditioner will clean your hair as well.  I also recommend that instead of using a brush, use a wide-tooth comb.  It&#039;s better in detangling your hair and doesn&#039;t pull the hair as much.</description>
