		<description>Exercise maybe in the evening may help but i&#039;ve tried exercising before sleep and all that does is get your heart rate going and then you&#039;ll never sleep. I&#039;d like to try yoga as i heard its great for stress which is one reason as mentioned why people don&#039;t sleep and relaxes you.</description>
